secure my compromised Magento web store and server

My website has been infected with malicious software.

I've fixed it

There was hidden content on my pages so my security on folders was not sufficient.

If you think you are a pro to identify and fix the vulnerabilities to avoid this to apen again, you can bid.

I need a full checkup on site and private server and aslo an install of a program to help me in facing such issues in the future (like crawlprotect for example).
