Cold Calling to find 25 matching Law Firms/(Attorneys)

Budget: $100.00; Time limit: 3 days.

1.    You must have your own international calling system fully set up in place to make and receive phone calls to your US number otherwise do not apply for this job. Autodialer is not required. Your phone service voice quality must be excellent.

2.    Your spoken English must be excellent. Zoom call interview is required before hiring.

3.    You will find 25 Law Firms according to the following criteria by calling and confirming the match. When you call them and if they do not answer then you will leave a message as described in the detail below on page 4 and go to their website, fill in my information and copy and paste one paragraph description as described on the page 4 below.

4.    After you submit your finding, I will personally call them and verify. If you miss a single criterion then that law firm will not be counted toward 25 Law Firms, and you will not get paid for that. Daily updates are required.

5.    After I hire you, I will give you a summary of the legal matters, calling script, that you will have to tell over the phone. A lot of time they will take Intake and will get back to you.

6.    To get 25 law firms that match exactly the following criteria you will end up calling hundreds of law firms. To get the law firms’ contact info you can use the websites [login to view URL], [login to view URL], Justia, FindLaw, Super Lawyers, Martindale-Hubbell, Best Lawyers, [login to view URL], Nolo, LegalMatch, LawTally. Or Google or use any other source using filter a) Houston b) breach of contract litigation etc. You may run script to automatically collect thousands of law firms within a few minutes from these websites.

7.    You will submit the initial list of hundreds of law firms from Houston and who takes breach of contract litigation case, to whom you will began to call. Exclude the law firms that are in the Do Not Call List and Template of Excel sheet are in the link below. [login to view URL]

Criteria for Law Firms:

1.    Must be in Houston, Texas area to file lawsuit in Harris County District court.

2.    Takes Breach of Contract Litigation civil case, file lawsuit and UIR (Urgent Intervention in Receivership).

3.    The hourly rate is between $250.00/hr to $300.00/hr. Certainly, no more than $350.00/hr.

4.    Retainer fee no more than $4,000 to $7,000

5.    Must be able to file UIR within a week of signing an agreement with the law firm. Ask them.

6.    No duplicate law firm, and all columns in the given excel sheet must be filled.

7.    Do not call law firms or attorneys in the lists provided to you “Do Not Call List”.

8.    I do not need law firms who do only Auto Accident case, Criminal Case, Family Law, Insurance Claims, Construction, but only debt payment breach of contract that started from real estate investment. I am the plaintiff and creditor.
