Hola, Hay muchas formas de hacer deploy de la aplicacion, como manual x ftp, desde un repositorio mediante un git pull, desde gitlab usando ci. Pero si necesitas configurar el servidor tambien, instalando Mysql, Virtual Env, Etc. creo que es mejor usar Ansible desde tu PC.
