Amendments to a WordPress website

Hi everyone,

I am in need of a WordPress expert to ***immediately*** commence work on making some changes to a site to finish it off.

In brief the changes are along the lines of:

- Correcting search results to display items in descending order of relevance

- Removing some roll-over images that are appearing, along with the wanted text link, on a resultant news page

- Creating a template, based on the look in place, for future propagation

- Altering Youtube embeds to be based on a designated widget

Going through site to make it work as well in IE8 as possible - doesn't have to be perfect, as IE8 is rubbish, but needs to be better than currently is

Well, that is them.

Notes on this project

* Please do not bid if you cannot being this immediately

* Please do not request a milestone - it is a small project and I will pay immediately upon completion

* Please show your expertise in WordPress with your bid - I do not care about your experience with Joomla/ Java/ etc, it is all about WordPress here today

* Please state how long this will take you to complete (yes, I need it done quickly and this will be taken into account when awarding project) and make it so you will be able to do it in that time

* Only bid if you can maintain a high level of communication throughout this work

Well, I think that is it. You will be able to see from my feedback that I will stick to my side of the arrangement and I expect you to stick to yours!

After this project has been completed, and if you do a great job, I have another WordPress site that needs to be made straight away... and you will get this next project too.
