Looking for an experienced developer for a 1-3 month project.
Context:
We have two separate databases on ActiveCampaign.
The first database is a CRM to manage customers & incoming Leads.
The second database is a CRM to manage employees.
We want to create an integration between the two databases that follow the following protocols:
1. New Customer Lead is recorded in the Customer database
2. Using specified filters from the customer lead, the integration filters the Employee database for the same filters.
3. Send a notification via text message (or alternative solution) to the Employee to as a notification of a lead.
4. Employee replies and records a "YES" or "NO".
4 a. If an employee records a "YES" answer, an automatic email notification is sent to the customer lead
4 b. If no employees record "YES" then an automatic email notification is sent to the administration team
