Problems with php routine

basically we have a problem with one filter of search in this program (the program is currently alive in a box then need to be done with care)
i have sent a disclosure with screenshots of the basic problem, we are experiencing problems saving the data while we are filtering the information, and maybe it is provoking that the program it is doing routines in a bug way.

Hola, el SQL asociado a esa tabla lo están armando dinámicamente? pareciera un problema con ese SQL. En cualquier caso, creo que podría echarles una mano con el problema que tienen. Saludos
