Core Requirements • Support Multi-Tenancy: Ensure data is separated by tenant. • Authentication: Use JWTs with claims specifying the tenant. • Customizations: Allow tenants to customize certain aspects (e.g., settings). Scalability: Design architecture to accommodate growing tenant numbers without performance degradation. Admin Pages • Super Admin Features: • Super administrative page to create customers and assign devices to customers. • Option to onboard new customers and create credentials for them. • Ability to add, modify, or remove customers. Customer Admin Features: • Customer admin login to manage customer-specific logins and settings. Mapping • Support different map providers to display location data depending on user location. National Survey Map Providers 1.
