Kahoot Style RealTime DB Quiz

Hi, i am an experienced python developer for 2 years in the industry. Since this project requires PHP its just a suggestion if i could develop it using react Js and flask . So the frontend where the user will be able to start the game and the required youtube live too will be open along with the user being able to register to the Kahoot game. So how you can develop the kahoot game is make your own quiz set and upload to monogdb database. and when you clicked start load the questions from DB as a get request from reactJS to flask and start a timer of your own and display the questions accordingly . Within the time limit each users speed and correct answer is calculated and stored in the database and at the end of each question the top 5 results are displayed on the server which is hosted on youtube. So this is just a breif description of how ill develop the website . i am awaiting your confirmation
