Currency Exchange Custom Contact Form and Ticketing system

I want to design a digital currency exchange contact form in my site.

1. In which I want different rates for different currencies

2. I and my user can communicate after submitting order.

3. Upon submission my system will generate a special ticket that is also searchable by my user.

4. I have admin panel in which I can mark my user ticket completed, pending and cancelled.

5. A custom pop message upon submission any order.
