Wowza Upgrade

Will your Wowza 3 instance be making use of any of Wowza 3's new features (Transcoder, nDVR, or DRM add-ons), or just transferring existing configuration from version 2 to version 3? Does the version 2 install make use of any custom modules? Is the existing install on a physical server or an Amazon EC2 instance? I've installed many Wowza servers, and maintain a fleet of them for a video streaming company.
