Long terms ai illustration work with incersing money starting with low budget. -- 2

Please read all before applying. This is a low budget job at the start ! So to tell you what we are paying before you apply (non negotiable) - we will pay : 1.500INR for the first 20 designs 2.1000INR for the next 40 designs 4.1500INR for the next 60 designs 5. plus thereafter and also maybe have other projects by then that can pay more. We will need 20 designs per theme - each one varied and different colours. we need one good sample to start a contract then you can do the rest of the 19. If the sample you give isn't as good quality as the examples then we probably won't proceed. I can't pay for samples. We have a small team already who are great but we still have space in our group for someone else as a couple of people have moved on and got full time jobs etc. This is work for someone starting off or someone that can work for less amounts of money or has a bit of extra time just now - as we are making less money at the moment due to losing a business in covid so our budget is low but it will go up. I have done this work for a few years as a side business and so i know this can go on for years so would be good to get someone that can do this flexible work for us for a long time. 1 designs in 2 or 3 days is also about what we need. It's flexible and you can do this in between work/study you have. As i said this work is flexible and can be done in between your work for years to come. Let me know if you want to try a first design. Before you get quicker it may take 2 hours per design. At the start, it takes a bit longer until you get used to it. Each part of the design should be at least 0.14 inch Height/Width size - i will send you an example file which shows more. We are always looking for quirky / different shaped unusual designs - creative and artistic and fun but sophisticated. You will need adobe illustrator - these cannot be done on any other software.
