Proposal for Redesign of CRM Mobile and Desktop App
Project Understanding:
The goal is to create a seamless, professional, and modern user experience for both mobile and desktop users, with a strong focus on sales funnel overview and performance metrics. The design will focus on simplifying complex data, making it actionable, and ensuring that users can quickly access and manage their sales and lead data efficiently.
Modern, Graphical Design: The design will prioritize a clean, sleek, and visually appealing interface. Graphical elements such as progress bars, charts, and interactive graphs will be used to display key sales and lead metrics.
Sales Funnel Overview: I will implement a clear and intuitive sales funnel interface, where users can easily track the status of leads, opportunities, and conversions, with real-time updates and visual representations.
