We are looking to hire a full time candidate via Freelancer (No Agency) native to South or East Asia, (preferably India or Philippines) for 8 hours x 6 days a week cover. This is to assist our existing staff and enable us provide our online customers round the clock support though text based live chat. 80% of responses will be copy-paste, though we would provide full training before commencing the project and show you existing chats in Archive. We are posting this pilot project primarily to find a good candidate with right work from home attitude. We hope to establish a long term relation with opportunity to award several of such similar kind of projects which can be done in same time slot. Candidates must check the starting remuneration and qualifications before applying. Qualifications: 1. Excellent command over written English 2. Soft skills and subtle sales approach required to turn visitors into buyers 3. Good typing speed – be able to attend multiple customers efficiently, timely and accurately 4. Experience of working in call center non-voice process, computer knowledge will be an added advantage. 5. Quick learner and comfortable in 24/7 environment, night shift preferred. 6. Part-time college students, mothers with toddlers, physically challenged people or any other person who can devote at least 8 hours, 6 days a week are welcome. 7. Candidate applying must not be a job hopper. We are looking for a long term projects. Pre-requisites: 1. Desktop or Laptop computer with Windows OS, minimum 2GB Ram 2. Power-backup to cover blackouts and electricity outages 3. Stable Internet broadband connection, minimum 2mbps 4. System free from any malware and viruses to protect our company’s data. 5. Documentation to begin contract: Valid Govt. issued ID and Address proof Remuneration: Starting with 170 USD/month - equivalent to 9000 PHP (Philippines) or 10000 INR (India) per month.
