I'm seeking a professional architect to create a floor plan for a modern-style, G+ 1 Bungalow located in India as per below details: Plot size: 30 ft x 52 ft Plot Area: 1560 sq. ft. Facing: EAST To Construct: G+1 Topmost Priority: Convenience, functionality over design, attention to small details, easy toclean and maintain, organized, open & airy with good ventilation and lots and lots of natural light throughout the day. Every space should have big windows wherever possible. Ground Floor (G): 1. Lift: Provision for a Lift for 4 pax 2. 1 Car Parking Area: Space for parking one car. 3. Living Room: A large comfortable airy full height glass living space with U shape sofa for 8 pax, centre coffee tables and 65-inch TV with single line lower cabinets. (It should be the best space of the house). 4. Entrance: A grand door at house entrance equipped with smart lock with number lock and face recognition, then a sitting area with cushion for tying shoes and for shoes storage. 5. Dining Area: Connected to/ Behind the living room, with a dining table for 6 pax, Inbuilt cupboards with transparent fluted glass shelves for storing cutleries. 6. Kitchen: Modern kitchen/ Island Type Kitchen in rectangular shape only with sufficient counter space and storage and • Small stores room 5x5 attached to Kitchen only with shelves • Wash area attached to Kitchen (with dish washing machine, washing machine, drying machine and press table). 7. Bedroom: 1 bedroom for grandfather with an attached bathroom, TV, bed, 2 side tables, wardrobe. No dressing room required here. 8.
