Large Website Project Albania/Kosovo/Macedonia

Hello future Partner, First of all, please be aware that we need a partner in Albania/Kosovo/Macedonia and will not accept bidders from other countries. We can only give vague information to the public so we don't expect you to offer a total price but a price per hour. You need deep, reliable and proven experience with the following: - Planning and programming highly dynamic websites including modular programming and strict separation of scripts & designs - SEO - ASP.net 2.0/3.5 with VB.net - [login to view URL] - MS SQL Server 2005 - Javascript Experience with Ajax & MS VServer will be appreciated. Additionally, you need a good understanding of XHTML 1.0 strict and CSS 2.1. We plan to build a large website for Albania/Kosovo/Macedonia with the following features: - standard registration/login - extensive data input & comparison features including media data (pics, ev. videos) - extensive user profile features - custom marketing features based on user's profile data (~ data mining) - integrated email messaging system and chat - integration of payment services/gateways (custom programming necessary) - custom cms (eventually customizing of dotnetnuke possible) A very important target of the website is a streamlined, highly serious appearance so it is e.g. not possible to integrate Paypal in a manner that users have to leave the website (and go to Paypal) for paying. Instead, the payment services must be totally integrated into the website and must appear in the same design. Your task is the complete programming of the website (backend & frontend) using Microsoft products & languages. You will be given design templates (XHTML 1.0 strict & CSS 2.1) and you must follow them strictly. We will develop the SQL data structure together as well as the functionality in general. You will be responsible for all functionality of the website. You will not need to do any design work, only programming. Eventually (and not included in estimated effort) you or a partner of yours can do the implementation of the site design (XHTML & CSS) according to our templates. We think your tasks can be done in approximately 700 hours, so you'll need to work for us almost half a year. After completion of the project, a substantial amount of your time (but now it's impossible to estimate how much) will be needed for support and programming of extensions.
