Full Stack Web Development with Custom Match Algorithm

This is an online dating Web App. I do not require a mobile app. Must be web responsive and developed using MERN Stack or React.js, whichever is best. I do not require any payment gateway. The following features must be implemented/integrated: 1. Real-time chat messaging with a group chat feature (users cannot send attachments or images or links) 2. Audio recording/player for bio clip 3. Custom algorithm using the logic that I supply 4. WordNet integration for broader keyword search feature 5. Spam/bot prevention 6. Web push notifications 7. Tooltips for users 8. Block, Reporting (with a system for pubicly labeling violators' profiles), Likes 9. Calculate distances between two user's zip codes using OSRM API 10. User Website, Admin Panel, Security, Deployment If you are familiar with social media platforms or dating sites, then you should already know the basics of what is required for this project (login, signup, profile management, etc). This dating site does not use the SWIPE feature for finding or discarding matches. Here is how my dating site works: A) The user signs up, logs in, and creates a profile. That profile is comprised of about 30 filters, which tells the site exactly what the user has to offer. B) The user then Builds a Match. That Build makes those 30 filters available again, but this time the user is telling the site exactly what he or she wants in a date or a match. C) The site determines what percentage of your match request is fulfilled by each matching member, then it finds what percentage of your profile filters are also matched by other users' requests. After finding the average percentage between two users, the site then add additional points for certain filters that match. The site then displays a total match percentage for the two matching users . The Demo site is mine but is only for UI appearance. The Demo displays exactly how I want the pages to look. The site is only an HTML visual guide, but the site belongs to me, and the pages are in HTML/bootstrap but can be converted to React if it makes things easier. I have a dedicated Virtual Private server and do not need other hosting. I would like to use as many open-source systems as necessary for this project, because I will be offering this dating site as a free service and will later rely on paid advertisement. The site will not contain nudity and does not intend to be offensive in any way. I will provide all images for skin tone (about 40) and body type filters (about 225). MERN Stack. Node.js with Express.js. Socket.IO. Python or Node.js for implementing the custom algorithm and integrating WordNet. PostgreSQL. I would like for this job to be completed in less than 12 weeks.
