PHP File Modification

I have two files that need modified in order to add a variable to an Open Source program. The modification will simply add a text field and a YES / NO variable to the project. Currently the project in question has the "URL path to the image folder hard coded" I simply want to add this variable to where a user can specify the path either URL or otherwise and set YES or NO so when you build the variable code the project will know if it should use the core standard or the specified path. It is very important to note that on some servers with suPHP specifying include paths does not always work for us. So I'm available to show you all that we have. I set the price on this at this range ONLY BECAUSE I know the open source application well and can easily point out the places the modifications need to take place. If you are however proficient in coding I'd also like to hire you for another project which I'll post separately in a moment.
