Data Analyst for KPI Dashboards

We’re looking for an experienced and skilled Data Analyst to design and build three real-time dashboards to monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) related to sales performance, customer engagement, and operational efficiency. These dashboards will provide daily, weekly, and monthly insights, seamlessly updating in real time without the need for manual data imports.
While we are currently exploring Klipfolio, we are open to alternatives such as Google Looker Studio or similar platforms if they better meet our needs.
Key Responsibilities:
Design and build three user-friendly, real-time dashboards to track specified KPIs.
Connect dashboards directly to DX1 data reports, Excel, and other relevant data sources.
Enable real-time data updates to minimize manual data input and imports.
Ensure the dashboards support multiple users and allow for direct data entry or seamless integration.
Collaborate to ensure the dashboards align with business goals and provide actionable insights.
Ideal Skills & Qualifications:
Proficiency in Klipfolio, Google Looker Studio, or similar platforms for creating dashboards.
Experience with data integration, particularly with DX1 reports and Excel.
Strong understanding of sales, customer engagement, and operational KPIs.
Ability to set up and manage real-time data updates from multiple sources.
Exceptional attention to detail and ability to deliver intuitive, visually appealing dashboards.
Preferred Experience:
Proven track record of designing real-time dashboards for businesses, particularly in sales or operational contexts.
Familiarity with dealership management systems like DX1.
