• Main of responsibilities spanning cash flow, risk & compliance, accounts, audit, annual budget and landing from different houses of the entire business while ensuring profit and value maximization for entire stakeholders. • Managing the roll-out of the annual plan/budget for all finance units. • Developing an effective and realistic annual plan, involving detailed monthly budgets. • Holding stewardship for monthly, quarterly, and yearly closure of accounts.

Registered active involvement in reviewing: o Management Reports ensuring its accuracy and timely submission to Board of Management. o Balance sheet & nominal account analysis and ensuring timely disposition on reconciling items or errors. o All business reports from organization including but not limited to Sales Reports, Profit & Loss Statements, Admin Expense Reports, CAPEX reports, OPEX Reports, etc. o Reviews and evaluations for cost-reduction opportunities for the entire organization.

• Management and control of all banking-related transactions within the Hospitality Division. • Daily cash flow monitoring and management which includes the management of payables / Receivable. • Oversaw and controlled the purchasing department ensuring the right item is purchased at the most competitive price. • Monitored supplier/customer agreements regarding respective revenue and cost associated with them.
