Requirement: Hyperlocal Marketplace for Photography Services We are looking to develop a hyperlocal marketplace for photography-related services where nearby photographers can offer their services to customers. The solution will include: User Channels: Website: For end user (Must have SEO standards) Photographers (Vendors): Mobile App Customers (End Users): Mobile App Admin (Marketplace Management): Web Panel App: React Native/Flutter Admin: Node.js and React.js Website: Wordpress Services Required: (The project will be having agility so iterations will be allowed) Design (UI/UX) Website Development Mobile App Development Project Maintenance Service with fixation and iterations(Free for 1 year after final delivery then 10% of project cost after 1 year) Functional Workflow Overview: Vendors (Photographers): Sign up and set up profiles via the app or web. List services under admin-defined categories. Create custom packages combining services with add-ons. Set pricing for services and packages. Upload work portfolios. Specify availability slots for services. Customers (End Users): Search nearby services or vendors based on location and admin-defined radius. Filter search results by criteria like rating, proximity, price, availability, etc. Book services and view vendor profiles/portfolios. Follow vendors to receive updates. Sync bookings with Google/Apple Calendar. Receive QR codes for booking confirmation, scanned by vendors during service. Second QR for Proof of Delivery. Leave rating and reviews after service completion. Admin: Set custom commission levels (default or vendor-specific). Manage categories, vendors, and services all admin setting(so admin has full control on all entities) Core Functional Features: Vendors must mark themselves as ‘Active’ and enable location services to accept orders. Customers see alternatives if bookings are declined. Payment and Integration Requirements: Integration of two online payment gateways. Google Maps API(preferred) Google and Facebook/Instagram SSO APIs. OTP based Signup and Login(SMS gateway based) Razorpay Marketplace Split Payment Integration Pay on Arrival(offline method)
