Someone who knows Visual Basic, proof thereof requested, and who is presently working with Microsoft Office 365 using current version of Word. I need him/her to develop a macro (.has) file that I can import and install so I can have text reformatted AUTOMATICALLY to do three functions.
Example of what I need done. One macro to merge the text after the Q. Once macro to merge the text after the A. And one macro to delete the extra space between the Q. text and the A. text.
EXAMPLE
Q.
All right. Writer, can you hear me? This is Ray gates, yes, yes, sir. Okay, I remind you that you are under oath. Yes, yes, sir. And we took a little break to give everybody a little rest and to allow you to talk with your counsel, have you been able to come up with a wage loss calculation? Yes, sir, and tell me what it is.
A.
I estimate $9,600 and the way I estimated that was by the hourly wages, times that, by eight hours a day times that by five days a week for 12 weeks.
Q.
And I'm not good with math, what was the hourly that you used
A.
$20 an hour
Q.
and you weren't receiving any benefits with the concrete company, were you No, sir. So the extent of your wage loss that you're claiming in this case is 12 weeks, eight hours a day, five days a week, $20 per hour, coming to $9,600 Correct? That's based on your belief that you would have been working for this concrete company under the table eight hours a day for the next 12 weeks. Correct?
Q.
Now, did you ever go back and work with the concrete company?
A.
I think they separated, but I went and I did work with one half of them for, I think, a day, one day, yeah, they needed another finisher, a concrete finisher. So they they called me and who was that one half? Billy Lancaster.
After applying the macro(s), the resultant Word document will look like this.
