Job Description:
We are looking for a talented and dedicated Nigerian content creator to manage and grow our hotel’s presence on social media platforms. The ideal candidate will create and post engaging, monetizable content daily across Facebook, YouTube, Twitter, and Instagram, showcasing our Hotel offerings, services, and ambiance to attract and engage a global audience.

Responsibilities:
• Daily Content Creation: Produce and post high-quality photos, videos, and stories that highlight our hotel’s features, amenities, and experiences.
• Monetizable Content: Focus on creating content suitable for monetization, such as videos for YouTube and Facebook In-Stream Ads.
• Social Media Management: Plan and execute a content calendar for all platforms, ensuring consistent posting.
• Audience Engagement: Respond to comments, messages, and inquiries to foster a strong relationship with followers.
• Analytics and Optimization: Monitor engagement metrics and adjust strategies to improve performance.
• Platform-Specific Content: Create tailored content for each platform to maximize reach and engagement.
Requirements:
• Experience: Proven experience as a social media content creator, preferably for hospitality or travel-related brands.
• Skills: Proficiency in photography, videography, editing tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Premiere, or CapCut), and social media analytics.
• Knowledge of Monetization: Familiarity with Facebook and YouTube monetization requirements.
• Creativity: Ability to generate fresh, engaging, and visually appealing content.
• Consistency: Must be able to post high-quality content daily.
• Target Audience Understanding: Knowledge of marketing to both local and international travelers.
• Location: Must be based in Nigeria and have a good understanding of Nigerian culture and social media trends.
Deliverables:
1. A minimum of 1 post per day on each platform (Facebook, YouTube, Twitter, and Instagram).
2. Monetizable video content (e.g., reels, shorts, and stories).
3. Weekly reports on performance (engagement, views, and revenue generated).
4. High-quality visuals of the hotel (if provided with raw footage or images).
