Job Title: International Conferences Manager/Coordinator

Job Duties:

• Answer phone calls (preferred availability for Asia and Africa time zones).

• Respond to and follow up on voicemail messages.

• Act as the primary conference coordinator, with their name appearing in all official communications (email signatures, invoices, receipts, invitation letters, etc.).

• Manage social media accounts, including LinkedIn and Facebook.

• Create promotional and marketing materials (e.g., promotional images, conference message video recordings).

• Attend bi-weekly orientation and reporting meetings to share knowledge and improve performance.

• Moderate the online conference events on conference day.

• Coordinate with conference stakeholders.

Time Commitment: The given timeline is an estimation based on our previous conferences. For answering calls, we typically receive about 2 to 8 calls per week. The work is completely online with flexible timing.

Duration: 1 February - 30 April 2025 (extendable)

Requirements:

• Ensure the privacy and data protection of conference information, aligning with academic ethics codes.

• Fluent in English (mandatory).

• Short biography including the LinkedIn link (mandatory).

• Sample English-speaking recording (optional).

• Include the position in their LinkedIn job profile for verification and to establish their association with the organizing organization (REPA) and the conference audience (mandatory).

• Identity verification (post-selection) for contract creation.

• Official photo (post-selection) to be provided in JPEG, PNG, Vector, or Illustrator format.

Scoring for Evaluation:

• Low hourly expected charge: 50%

• Fluency in English: 25%

• Motivation and dedication (100 words or less): 10%

• Relevant experience: 10%

• Other relevant skills: 5%
