1) Make outbound calls to a list of leads or contacts provided by the company.
2) Call to each Client and provide App details & get their Account created online from Admin Panel.
3) Develop a deep understanding of the products or services being offered to effectively communicate their features, benefits, and value propositions.
4) Follow a scripted sales pitch or call outline provided by the company to ensure consistency and compliance with messaging.
5) Answer questions and address concerns raised by potential customers.
6) Handle objections and rejections positively and professionally, using persuasive techniques to overcome resistance.
7) If Customer is not interested, note down the reason as a Remark
8) Schedule appointments or demonstrations for more in-depth discussions or product presentations with qualified leads.
9) Weekly call to all our Customers and take a feedback on the use of App.
10) Maintain detailed information about each call and lead interaction in a Customer relationship management (CRM) system. Keep CRM data up-to-date and accurate.
11) Meet or exceed sales quotas and targets set by the company.
12) Track personal sales performance and report results to Marketing Head.
13) Ensure compliance with telemarketing laws and regulations, such as "Do Not Call" lists and consent requirements.
14) Follow ethical sales practices.
15) Participate in training programs to enhance product knowledge, sales skills, and objection-handling techniques.
16) Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in telemarketing.
17) Prepare regular reports on call volume, conversion rates, and sales performance, also provide feedback to management on lead quality and campaign effectiveness.
