I am seeking a detail-oriented freelancer with strong research and data collection skills to compile a comprehensive and accurate list of airport lounges worldwide. This project focuses on categorizing lounges into the following types:
Airline Lounges (operated by an airline)
Common-use Lounges (operated by an independent lounge operator)
Priority Pass Lounges (similar to common-use lounges but within the Priority Pass network of lounges)
The compiled data will be delivered in a well-organized CSV file, suitable for analysis and integration into other platforms.
Scope of Work:
- Conduct thorough online research using search engines and reliable travel resources to identify airport lounges globally.
Collect key information for each lounge, such as:
- Lounge Name
- Airport Name & 3-Letter Airport Code (IATA)
- Terminal and other location details
- Access Type (e.g., airline-specific, membership programs, or pay-per-use)
- Operating Hours
- Amenities and services offered
- Ensure all data is accurate, up-to-date, and categorized appropriately.
Deliverables:
- A structured CSV file containing the compiled lounge data, with columns clearly labeled and formatted for easy use.
Ideal Candidate Qualifications:
- Proficiency in Research and Data Collection: Strong ability to gather, verify, and organize information from multiple sources.
- Familiarity with Airline and Lounge Systems: Knowledge of airport operations, frequent flyer programs, and lounge networks (e.g., Priority Pass) is highly advantageous.
