Title: Audit and Technical Validation of [login to view URL] Implementation Project Description: We are in the process of transitioning after migrating from a previous provider to our management and need to conduct a thorough audit of the system implemented in Odoo.sh. The priority is to validate that the current state of the system, including custom modules and configurations, is functional and properly documented. Additionally, we aim to establish a long-term relationship with the selected consultant to address projects that were left incomplete or pending by the previous provider. Services to be performed: Initial System Diagnosis: Technical review of custom modules and source code. Evaluation of the configuration in the [login to view URL] environment. Audit of integrations with external systems (API, ERP, etc.). Analysis of available technical and functional documentation. Verification of system performance and stability. Deliverable: A detailed technical diagnostic report, including identified issues, risks, and recommendations. Supervision of the Current Provider’s Handover: Define key deliverables required from the previous provider (access, source code, documentation, etc.). Review the delivered items to verify completeness and integrity: Source code. Access to [login to view URL], repositories, and databases. Functional and technical documentation. Hosting and deployment configuration. Coordinate with the provider to clarify doubts or resolve conflicts. Deliverable: Checklist of reviewed deliverables with documented observations and follow-up. Technical Validation of the Handover: Functional and technical testing to ensure the delivered system is stable and operational. Validation of module compatibility with the current Odoo version. Verification that there are no hidden dependencies or incomplete configurations. Deliverable: Technical validation certificate of the system delivered by the provider. Future Collaboration: The goal is to establish a long-term collaboration with the selected consultant to work on pending or incomplete projects left by the previous provider.
