Hi,
I need help in creating a Power Automate flow with the following requirements:
Objective:
The goal is to extract data from a completed wedding agreement (Adobe Sign) and add the relevant information into an existing Excel file. Depending on specific data in the agreement, I need the flow to either add one or two rows in the Excel file and update those rows with the extracted data.
Key Steps:
Trigger:
When a wedding agreement workflow is successfully completed (signed), the flow should be triggered.
Extract Data:
Use the Get form field data action to extract the form data from the agreement (preferably in Excel or JSON format).
Condition Logic:
The flow should check if a specific field in the agreement contains a certain value (e.g., if the "Package Type" field contains "Photography & Videography").
If the field contains this specific data, the flow should create two rows in Excel, with the ability to specify which data gets added to each of the two rows.
If the field does not contain the specific value, only one row should be created in Excel.
Excel Actions:
Based on the above condition, the flow should either:
Add one row to an existing Excel sheet (if the condition is not met).
Add two rows to the Excel sheet, with each row containing different pieces of data, if the condition is met.
Additional Notes:
The data to be added in Excel will come from the fields in the agreement.
The ability to specify which data goes into each row (if two rows are created) is critical.
