Google Earth View enhancements

This is a straightforward task but there could be regular work. I will provide the co-ordinates of a location on Google Earth. The image would be saved and then opened in Photoshop where I will require part of that image to be enhanced to give a 3D effect. So for instance you have an image of a valley. There is a pathway that runs along the valley. I want the pathway and the area approximately 50yds each side of the pathway to be enhanced in Photoshop but anything outside that zone to be left alone. All trees, hedges, streams, rocks, etc. would be enhanced to give a 3D effect. From the one location there would be approximately 20 separate enhanced images created ie. 20 separate pathways all within the same valley. Once completed you would then upload the 20 separate images to a dedicated server. Please provide a cost based on doing 20 enhanced images and uploading to the server
