As a Site Verifier, you will be responsible for verifying a company’s existence through visual data by conducting a site visit to ensure that we provide reliable and accurate information to our client. JOB DESCRIPTION: - Conduct the visit to prospects’ location. - Obtain contact information of decision maker (person-in-charge), eg. CEO, president, COO, head of procurement/purchase/finance - Share client’s profile and secure their interest to receive further connection from client if speaking with Person-in-charge - Capture prospects’ premises by visuals (both outside and inside photos). Requirements: - Strong Communication with Sales Experience - Experience in B2B or B2C Sales: Ability to identify key decision-makers and recognize buying signals. - Language Proficiency: A native speaker or someone with advanced proficiency in the local language who understands the potential buyer and market. This should demonstrate a deep understanding of cultural nuances and business etiquette in the target country, enhancing trust and rapport during client interactions. REQUIREMENTS: • Must be living nearby rue 1039, BP 572, N'Djamena, Chad • Has a phone/tablet of quality with a camera, stable internet access • Must be available during business hours (9 AM - 4 PM) on working days (each project usually takes around 1.5 hour to finish). Note: - 1 city can only be taken by one freelancer (on a first-come, first-served basis) - The milestone will be released the following week (Monday) after the site visit to give us time to organize the report and contact you if we need additional clarification.
