I'm in need of an experienced MS SQL Server professional who can help me create a SQL query to add new shortcut keys based on specific rules.

Key Requirements:

- Understanding of SQL and experience with MS SQL Server.

- Ability to create SQL queries that add new shortcut keys to specific tables.

- Experience working with SQL schemas, even though the focus on certain elements will be determined later.

Your task will include:

- Creating a SQL query that adds new shortcut keys to specific tables.

- Ensuring the query is efficient and does not disrupt existing database operations.

Schema

select id, menutype menuid, name, parent, parentid, shortcutkey

from dbo.tbl_shortcutkeys

Rules

1. Shortcut key should be unique for rows under the same parent id

2. Shortcut key should use a combination of Ctrl, Alt and a single alphabet (in capital Letter) without use of any numbers or special characters.

3. It can be a combination of ctrl and a single alphabet or alt and a single alphabet or ctrl, alt and a single alphabet

4. The alphabet has to be derived from anywhere between the spelling of the value of name field

5. the seperate between ctrl, alt and alphabet will be the plus symbol i.e. "+"

6. It should not assign any system or browser reserved shortcut keys

7. It should not assign any shortcut keys which are already present in the shortcut key field which would have been assigned in the earlier run

8. the alphabet has to be derived from the value of the name field
