We have mail server installed on a Centos 7 OS, with WHM/Cpanel (102) installed. It hosts and acts as our SMTP server. We need for you to troubleshoot our SMTP server that all of a sudden (2 days ago) has accumulated numerous messages into queue. It is not 100%, but too many especially for specific domains. You will need to be able to troubleshoot, diagnose and solve the problem (if able or document the necessary changes such as DNS). All changes/suggestions need to be documented.
