I'm in need of a legal professional to assist with filing a motion to overturn a clerk's default in my civil case. Key Requirements: - Ability to file the motion on my behalf. Documentation: I have the motions prepared and have been filing for myself since Aug 2024, But unable to file for the dormant company. I hope this message finds you well. My name is Mark Anthony Young, and I am the sole owner of Elite AB Clinic, Ltd. I am seeking legal assistance to contest an unfair default judgment entered against my dormant company in the case below: Case: Jane Doe v. Mark Anthony Young, Carol Aaliyah Muhammad, Elite AB Clinic, Ltd. Civil Action No.: 1:23-cv-02255-SKC Court: United States District Court, District of Colorado Due to the dormant status of the company, I never contested for company, which led to the clerk’s default judgment being entered against my company. I believed that if my default judgment is overturned, it could potentially result in the other defaults being resolved or made moot as well. I am currently able to pay a limited amount of about a $100 for legal assistance, specifically to file the motion to set aside the default judgment on behalf of the company. I would greatly appreciate any help you can provide with filing the necessary documents and reviewing them for accuracy.
