Twitter Ads Expert Media Buyer

Hello,
we run a fashion premium products (dresses) on Shopify, we sell in USA. We need an Twitter Ad expert to run our ads through paid campaigns.
We will provide you:
1. New ad account to work with (only you will be working)
2. Will provide you raw materials and old creatives
What we expect from you:
1. Daily research on our data and you know-how, how to find proper audience on Twitter
2. What ads to show them, when to show them
3. What message to speak to them (ad copy)
4. Able to create creatives, or give a clear task for our video editors/graphic designer.
Bonuses (after 10.000usd spent and 100 orders made in 7 days):
1. If CPA below 100 = 3% from ad spend
2. if CPA below 125 = 2% from ad spend
3. if CPA below 150 = 1% from ad spend
4. if CPA over 150 = 0%
5. If you are confident with bigger spend, budget is non-limited.
Contract:
1. Hourly rate
2. Setup and launch ads (2-5 hours)
3. We'll review your ads and decide if we can continue.
4. If for some reason we decide not to continue, we'll still give you 5 star feedback for your efforts as long as you were able to do your job.
P.S. Don't write your resume and experience in application. We need someone who can start right away. If you're confident, submit your proposal together with your rate.
