Please, no WordPress. Or at least, no WordPress without a fast framework. I already know what design I'd like to have, and I'll complete the text, so it can be delivered with full dummy text. I already know the color palette too, but I'm totally open to suggestions. I know which Typography I'd like, too. It'd be nice to coordinate the images while building the website, in order to have them optimized. I'm open to suggestions in this concern. I need a fast website, in any CMS and with any framework, but it has to load with +90 for mobiles in PageSpeed Insights (so, AMP is welcome, AngularJS too, but it can be any, as long as it is SEO friendly). Also, it should have zero markup validation errors, and the heading structure should be coherent, please. Home page may have 3 to 6 sections. It will ALSO have the following websites: "about us", "services", "prices", "FAQ" and "Contact". I have no problem to assign this project to users with no reviews, as long as you can prove that you will meet certain quality standards. I may have a dozen projects like this per year, so it can be a long-term relationship. I don't know the budget I should place, so feel free to ask a lot more than I'm currently assigning. PS: Please don't think that there are too many bids. I'll read all of them.
