ChatGPT Prompt Creation for File Modification

I'm facing a challenge with a prompt to modify a Microsoft word file. The prompt is intended to modify the word file. The statement from chatgpt states that it has performed the task as instructed and provides me with a link to download the new file. But when I download this file, I notice that chatgpt has in fact not made any changes to the file. Where am I making a mistake. Can you please guide me.
