Acumatica EDI Expert Needed

We are looking for a senior-level Acumatica EDI specialist to train our team and establish effective processes. Your duties will include, but are not limited to: - Setting our EDI clients correctly on the Acumatica ERP System - Communicate with ACT Data to ensure proper set up for B2B clients - Work with our B2B platform developer to understand the process and define process for new users - Reviewing processes with the EDI order processor to ensure comprehensive understanding and utilization of Acumatica's features - Identifying issues within Acumatica and collaborating with our developer to implement solutions - Testing, troubleshooting, and creating process manuals for all EDI order processes - Reporting issues, necessary updates, and improvements regarding process and system implementation to the CEO and CTO The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience in Acumatica EDI and should feel comfortable conducting training sessions and defining new processes to ensure optimal platform effectiveness.
