This tracking system will provide more detail and interactivity than standard order updates, helping to build trust and engagement with our brand. The platform will also integrate with Australia Post APIs for accurate shipping management, including real-time tracking updates. The system must be designed with scalability and modularity in mind, allowing for the addition of new product lines, enhanced customisation options, and other future expansions. The admin interface should include an advanced dashboard with detailed analytics, reporting tools, and customisable user roles to provide granular control over operations. The platform will use React for the front end and Node.js for the back end and will be hosted on Google Cloud for reliable and scalable infrastructure. The development approach should follow Agile Methodology, ensuring iterative and flexible progress throughout the project lifecycle.
