I'm looking for a Power Automate specialist to create a flow that automatically generates an Excel table using PDF email attachments. Here are the specific requirements for the project: - The flow should be triggered by the receipt of an email attachment. - The attachment will be in PDF format. - The purpose of the automation is to populate an Excel table with specific data points extracted from the PDF invoices. - The Excel table should be updated with new lines whenever an email from the same sender with the same invoice format is received. Ideal Skills: - Proficiency in Microsoft Power Automate. - Experience in handling and converting PDFs. - Excel automation and data extraction. - Familiarity with email automation. Given that I receive multiple emails with invoice attachments throughout the day, the automation should be robust and efficient. The specific data points to be extracted from the PDF invoices and populated in the Excel table are the invoice number, invoice date, and total amount. These should be accurately extracted and placed in the respective columns of the Excel table.
