I'm looking for someone to call my clients about renewing their policies. You'll need to call around 500 people every month, which breaks down to approximately 20 people a day.
During these calls, you will be providing clients with information about their policy renewal details. The aim is not just to inform, but also to engage with them in a friendly and conversational manner.
While I have basic talking points for you, I would appreciate someone who has the ability to think on their feet and adapt the conversation as necessary.
