Meta WhatsApp Tech Provider Integration Assistance

Experienced Meta WhatsApp API Integration Specialist Description: We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced freelancer to help us complete the final steps of becoming a Tech Provider for the WhatsApp API on Meta. We have completed the process up to step 7 (App Review) as outlined in the Meta Developers documentation. Your task will be to take over from this stage and successfully guide us through the remaining steps, ensuring compliance with all Meta requirements. ________________________________________ Responsibilities: 1. App Review Completion: o Address any feedback or issues from Meta’s App Review process to get the app approved. o Ensure the app complies with all policies and technical requirements. 2. Onboarding Customers: o Assist in setting up and onboarding initial business customers as per Meta’s Tech Provider guidelines. o Ensure that customer onboarding processes are smooth and aligned with compliance requirements. 3. Business Verification & Compliance: o Double-check that our business verification is complete and accurate. o Confirm all compliance documentation is correctly submitted and accepted by Meta. 4. System & API Integration: o Ensure our systems are fully integrated with the WhatsApp Business API platform. o Provide technical assistance for deploying webhooks, handling callbacks, and managing message templates. 5. Testing and Quality Assurance: o Perform end-to-end testing of the API and ensure the platform works seamlessly. o Troubleshoot any technical issues to ensure a successful launch. 6. Documentation & Handover: o Provide comprehensive documentation of the process for future reference. o Offer a brief handover session to our internal team for knowledge transfer. ________________________________________ Requirements: 1. Proven experience with Meta (Facebook) APIs, especially WhatsApp Business API. 2. Strong understanding of Meta's Tech Provider program and its requirements. 3. Successful track record of completing App Reviews and obtaining approvals. 4. Proficiency in system integration, API deployment, and troubleshooting. 5. Familiarity with business verification and compliance processes on Meta’s platform. 6.
