I'm looking for a talented animator who can create a silent 2D animation video as a unique anniversary gift for my wife. Key Requirements: - 2D Animation: Proven experience in creating simple 2D animations. - Storytelling: Ability to weave a humorous and light-hearted narrative. - Attention to Detail: The animation should be polished and professional. - Project Timeline: Ability to deliver the project within the specified timeline - Revisions Policy: Willing to make necessary revisions based on feedback. - Portfolio Review: Strong portfolio showcasing similar works in 2D animation. - Animation Styles: Flexibility in different 2D animation styles. - Character Likeness: Characters should clearly resemble the real-life counterparts. - Scene Transitions: Smooth and visually appealing transitions between scenes. - Software Proficiency: Skilled in industry-standard animation software. The style of animation should be fairly simple. For examples, see attached image, link below, or Youtube "Dream Theater Octavarium Animation" [login to view URL] The ultimate goal is to deliver a custom animated video that brings joy and laughter. The ideal freelancer will have a strong portfolio of similar work and excellent communication skills. Description of the project -The final product will be 1 to 2 minutes long, comprising of a series of 15 to 20 small clips that are only a few seconds each. - For some of these clips, we will provide a real-life video for the animator to follow. If no real-life clips are available, we will provide as much media as possible, along with a script, to provide sufficient guidance. -No music or sound necessary -Timeline- 3 clips per week, but if it can be done sooner, then that would be better. Final product completed by ended of February Billing & Fees Schedule - Please inform us your fee structure, i.e., whether you bill per hour or by final product. - Since the project is a compilation of small clips, we would prefer the option of billing per finalized clip, i.e., I'll pay for one finalized clip, then we'll proceed with the next, etc..
