I am seeking a talented freelancer to create a 2D motion design video using Adobe After Effects for a project I’m working on.

Project Details:

Video Duration: Approximately 1:30 to 2 minutes.

Subject: The video will be an educational piece about a fountain in Rome, covering its history and functionality.

Materials Provided: A storyboard and voice narration will be supplied. Your task will be to create an engaging and entertaining video based on these.

Revisions: The project must be completed with a couple of revision rounds included.

Delivery Format: The final deliverable should include the Adobe After Effects file.

Deadline: The project must be completed by 18th December.

Requirements:

Experience with 2D motion design and Adobe After Effects.
