Tree of People's History

This is a relatively simple project (3 or 4 ASPX pages at most) that requires the following skills: * VB.Net * SQL Server * Good Graphic Design (with CSS, preferably with Nested Master Pages) The aim of this website is to build something similar to [login to view URL] It is to show how one person was graded to black belt in martial arts by another person. So the most important aspect of this, and the most difficult, is developing a treeview-like centre-piece showing this lineage tree. And when you click on the person in the tree, it goes to a page with their photo, and details etc ... Also, users must be able to register themself, and choose their master from a drop-down of names already been entered. And they also must be able to log back in at a later date and change their belt rank, or their teacher. I have already developed the basic back-end Microsoft-SQL database, and I shall pass the build script on to whoever is awarded the project. Finally, as I am developer in VB.NET & SQL Server myself (who is completely useless with CSS and web-page graphics), the site must be in VB.Net, ASPX and a SQL Server backend so I can do simple maintenance. Anything else and it will not be paid. To begin with, I want to see some quick images of how you think the site would look, or examples of similar sites you've done in the past. Not too much, but just so that I know you understand. The home screen should have the top 10 or so branches of the tree, a search box and button, and a Regsiter Me! button too. Also important, is there there is space, on the side, or top/bottom, for banner advertising. NB: this is only phase 1 of this job. Phase 2 will be detailed upon this part going live.
