After the message, the call should be automatically redirected to an external number (+33XXXXXXX). I’ve tried configuring this using a Digital Receptionist and also with a Queue, but the redirection still doesn’t work as expected. The calls don’t reach the external number. Could you guide me step by step to fix this issue? I have a 3CX license and access to support.
