I'm looking for a social media expert to develop a professional campaign that boosts brand awareness for HousingBookers.com and attracts property owners to our platform.

Key Requirements:
- Target Platforms: Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and potentially others.
- Content Type: The campaign will primarily focus on image-based content. Creativity in visual storytelling will be key.
- Goal: The main objective is to enhance brand visibility, making us a go-to platform for property owners.

Ideal Skills:
- Proficiency in social media marketing, especially on the mentioned platforms.
- Strong graphic design skills or ability to coordinate with a designer.
- Experience in brand awareness campaigns.

The successful freelancer will help us establish a strong social media presence and reach our target audience effectively.

Extra information:

We are looking for a skilled freelancer to design a professional social media campaign to promote our new platform, HousingBookers.com (Go-Live mid-januari). The goal of this campaign is to inspire and engage property owners to list their properties on our platform.

Deliverables:
Campaign Scope:

Create 8 unique and visually appealing social media posts (flyers).
Posts will be scheduled over 4 weeks, with 2 posts per week.
Each post should have a consistent look & feel but feature different high-quality images (e.g., houses, apartments, mansions).
Content Requirements:

A professional and polished design.
Engaging Call-to-Action (CTA) such as a button or link: "List Your Property".
Posts should be created in English (we’ll assist with Dutch translations for localized campaigns once you get the project ).
Target Platforms:

Facebook
Instagram
X (formerly Twitter)
LinkedIn
Target Audience:

Property owners and landlords across the Netherlands and beyond.
Additional Notes:

The campaign must be attractive to an international audience but adaptable to localized needs.
Posts must include a mix of beautiful property images, a clear and engaging message, and a focus on directing users to our platform.
Examples of desired style: See attached examples from competitors like Natuurhuisje.nl.
We expect the freelancer to deliver the final designs in formats suitable for all platforms (e.g., JPG, PNG, PSD) and to consider social media specifications for optimal visual performance.
