I'm seeking an expert Python developer with a profound understanding of options trading to create a program aimed at trading on Alpaca. The program needs to implement "Straddle/Strangle" and "Long call or puts" strategies or whatever works (no shorting).

Requirements:
- An impressive success rate of 80%+ with a minimum of 40 trades each month.
- A proven track record of achieving over 20% returns in the past month.
- Profound knowledge and experience in options trading, specifically with the mentioned strategies.
- Python programming expertise, with prior experience in developing trading programs.

After all submitions, programs will be ran in paper trading account. Best performance over 20% gains after a month wins. The last week, the top 3 will be live accounts and winner will also get a % of the profits.
