• Prepare preliminary/ budgetary cost estimates based on the most appropriate and up to date available data & drawings. • Prepare & review Bill of Quantities (BoQ) with respect to drawings & documents prepared/ furnished by consultants. • Review the rates given in the estimates submitted by sub-contractors & prepare rate analysis. • Verify the rates for extra work / substituted items and update the Project Manager(s) concerned. • Good knowledge of engineering, job working instruction / procedures, good project control practices on quantity survey and material scheduling, Estimates and overall awareness of projects in the field of high rise building. (Residential, commercial & Factory building). • Ability to follow verbal and/ or written instructions. • Ability to work under pressure and handle stressful situations & meet deadlines. • Project planning and scheduling. • Estimating of materials required. • Ensuring quality control according to specification. • Management of work team function. • Ensure all operation undertaken in safe manner. • Supervision and co-ordination of multiple contractors. • Structural safety measures of RMG Factory Buildings
