I had a disappointing experience with this freelancer. She missed deadlines and refused multiple requests for a call to clarify the project, which led to poor communication and delays. Her lack of understanding of the topic resulted in substandard work, and I had to rewrite parts of it myself. While I was forced to continue due to time constraints, I was far from satisfied with the quality of the final manuscript. I cannot recommend her for future projects.
