TASKS MANAGEMENT SYSTEM LIKE SLACK, TRELLO FOR INTEGRATED COMMUNICATION FOR MULTIPLE OFFICES

I need a robust task management tool that runs on cloud based management protocols, discussion boards, tasks creator, memo creator, video conferencing and a discussion board. We should also be able to add photos, voice notes and generally improve users organisational skills. Something like Slack, Trello, should work too. 1. A website is required to provide a dashboard for different offices to communicate and to enable users access information on each of the offices. For instance: Web Service XYZ hosts tasks and communication among 35 different departments. Visitors to site are to be able to see what all the offices are doing. Like a dashboard of sorts for users. 2. Each office will be able to create information pages, create tasks, exchange information and collaborate with each other where necessary. Collaboration is critical where different units are able to see what other units are dining and then share and collaborate on tasks. 3. Enable generation of memos, to-do lists and tasks, in preset formats showing From, To, Subject, Date, Message Body, Signature. Memos are to be easy to fill while system automatically generates the memos or tasks lists. This will also be collaborative and allow sharing across different offices and departments. 4. Visitors will also be able to view notice boards per department, access departmental information, general information and can probe or question each of these departments. 5. The structure of each Department is Head, Departmental Geads, Unit Heads, General Staff. Collaborative work should be enabled. It should also entail a Communicator to enable instant chat and messages across all the departments in the 35 offices. 6. Users will be able to create tasks, projects, events, etc while modifying, deleting, entries. There will also be different levels of approvals for use of the system. 7. The Web Portal will have several levels of rights and privileges which would be easy to determine and manage. Visitors should be able to assess performance of each of the 35 offices from visit to the site. System should be strong on visibility for several layers of persons in a manual, semi automatic or automatic format with logs and reports generated easily, exportable too. Project will be awarded based on experience, ability for timely delivery and budget discipline.
