I'm looking for a skilled developer to create a job portal using React.js. The portal should have the following features:
- Job Listings and Applications: The core functionality of the portal should be the ability for users to view job listings and submit applications.
- User Profiles and Resume Uploads: Users should be able to create profiles and upload their resumes for potential employers to view.
- Employer Dashboards: An interface for employers to post jobs, view applications, and manage their listings.
- Basic Search and Filter: The portal should allow users to perform basic searches and filter job listings.
- Application Tracking: Provide users the ability to track their job application statuses and receive updates.
- Advanced Job Search: Implement advanced search options allowing users to search by location, salary range, job type, and industry.
- Job Alerts: Allow users to set up job alerts and receive notifications when new job listings that match their criteria are posted.
For user authentication, the portal will use a simple Email and Password system, so experience with secure, user-friendly login systems is essential.
Please note, the portal will not incorporate social media logins or two-factor authentication at this stage. The focus is on creating a functional, easy-to-navigate job portal with fundamental security measures.
